"making suggestions"

Hi, please can you tell me if the following sentences are correct:

If you are unhappy in your job, I suggest to you that you should look for something else.

If you are unhappy in jour job, I suggest you look for something else.

If you are unhappy in your job, I suggest you should look for something else.

If you are not sure, I suggest you ask Peter.

If you are not sure, i suggest asking Peter

I suggest to George that he should wait a few more days.

I suggest to George that he wait a few more days.

Thank you very much

Dear rosagold,

>If you are unhappy in your job, I suggest to you that you should look for something else.
This is possible, but we would be much more likely to say the simpler version;
If you are unhappy in your job, I suggest you look for something else.

>If you are unhappy in your job, I suggest you look for something else.
This is the one that we would use.

>If you are unhappy in your job, I suggest you should look for something else.
Again, this is unnecessarily complicated.

>If you are not sure, I suggest you ask Peter.
This is the most likely sentence to be used in this group.

>If you are not sure, i suggest asking Peter
This is possible, too.

>I suggest to George that he should wait a few more days.
It seems a little odd to use present simple here - "I suggested to George.." (past tense) seems more likely. The rest of the sentence is fine.

>I suggest to George that he wait a few more days.
Again, It seems a little odd to use present simple here - "I suggested to George.." (past tense) seems more likely. The rest of the sentence is fine.
