"Hate like love"

Dear Dr Grammar:
What is the difference between:
"I hate/ like/ love doing." and "I hate/ like/ love to do."
THANK YOU.

Dear hishamlubbad,

When we use another verb after the verbs 'hate', 'like' and 'love' the second verb can be either '-ing' or 'to + infinitive', so in this case there is no significant difference.
