"Titles and prefixes"

In English we give all titles capital letters. Thus: Director of Transport. But what about if there are co-directors i.e. two people sharing the post? Do we then use Co-Director, co-Director or Co-director? I would be grateful for a good answer - opinions don't count!

Dear Betty,

As the title of a specific job, we'd use Co-Director.
